It is a true honour to serve as President of an organization dedicated to supporting burn survivors, advancing burn care, and connecting professionals and communities across our country.
Canada is home to world-class burn care and passionate professionals who go above and beyond to help those affected by burn injuries. Yet, the journey of recovery is often long and deeply personal—and no one should have to face it alone. Our mission is to ensure that burn survivors receive the support they need, from coast to coast to coast, and that care teams are empowered with the knowledge and tools to provide the best possible outcomes.
As a national community of healthcare providers, first responders, researchers, survivors, therapists and advocates, we work together to improve prevention, treatment, rehabilitation, education and collaboration. Whether you are here to seek information, connect with others, or offer support, we welcome you and thank you for being part of this vital work.
