Symposium Description
Clinicians must often navigate the limitations of current dermal substitutes, including infection, failed integration, failed skin graft take, and high costs. This presentation will examine the most recent clinical data of the world’s first synthetic dermal template for complex wound reconstruction. Dr. Marcus Wagstaff will provide an overview of the technology and clinical evidence supporting the benefits this novel device has provided clinicians globally. He will also provide key lessons learned and insights from over 10 years of investigating the performance of a completely synthetic dermal substitute. Attendees will gain an understanding of the product attributes, evidence, clinical applications in complex cases, and the potential benefits they can bring to their patients and facilities with a synthetic dermal substitute in their practice.
